Innovations in the Baltic Sea Region
The brochure Baltic Fashion Innovations introduces the reader to a variety of innovative concepts, technologies and materials—all combined in nine project activities. Those nine examples of innovation were brought to life by our partners from Estonia, Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Germany and Poland. They developed workshops, studies, projects, exhibitions and fashion labels in the name of innovation. And they all tried to seek answers for highly diverse questions.
  The present report is   a summary and analysis of the innovation topics that have been the basis for activities and workshops carried out within the Baltic Fashion project. It was written by Lisbeth Svengren Holm, Professor in Fashion Management at the Swedish School of Textiles, University of Borås.
All responsible partners completed a roadmap consisting of barriers and ideas of how to overcome these, and what they learnt from the outcome of the innovative topics. These roadmaps are the basis for this report.
